Men, ann ekri yo, ann mande yo pou yo pa manje vyann bèt yo te ofri pou touye pou zidòl, pou yo egzante tout dezòd lachè, pou yo pa manje ni vyann bèt ki mouri toufe, ni san.

Okontrè, nou ta dwe voye yon lèt ba yo pou n senpman di yo kèk bagay yo bezwen evite, tankou: Pa manje manje yo te ofri bay zidòl. Manje sa yo pa pwòp. Pa fè sèks ak yon moun ki pa madanm ou. Pa manje vyann bèt ki mouri toufe osinon vyann ak tout san.

Ecrivons-leur simplement de ne pas manger de viande provenant des sacrifices offerts aux idoles, de se garder de toute inconduite sexuelle, et de ne consommer ni viande d’animaux étouffés ni sang.

Mais il faut leur écrire ceci : “Ne mangez pas la viande qu’on a offerte aux faux dieux, elle est impure. Respectez les lois du mariage. Ne mangez pas de viande qui contient encore du sang.”
