LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILDનમૂનો

Look Up!
The lion never looks down. His calm, steady gaze scans the horizon. His eyes speak of confidence and purpose. He sees from a position of authority, not anxiety.
Vision is the hallmark of every great leader. The difference between a grasshopper and a giant is not size, it is sight. When the spies entered the Promised Land, ten saw themselves as grasshoppers and were defeated in their minds before they ever faced the enemy (Numbers 13:33). But Joshua and Caleb saw themselves through God’s promise, and that vision empowered them to conquer.
How you see yourself shapes how you lead. God has already said, “You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood” (1 Peter 2:9). Yet many of us live like prisoners of fear because we have accepted a wrong image. The lion reminds us that kings do not crawl. They stand tall, not because of pride but because of purpose.
As a leader, your vision must rise above circumstances. You are made in God’s image, crowned with glory and honour (Psalm 8:5). To see yourself as anything less is to insult divine craftsmanship.
Look up to catch the kingly vision. Lift your gaze from defeat to destiny. See yourself as God sees you: redeemed, royal, and ready to reign.
Consider: How do you see yourself today: a grasshopper or a lion? Whose report are you believing: people’s opinions or God’s Word? Look up. Lift your eyes. You are a king in training, not a captive in fear.

About this Plan

God created animals not only for our meat but also for us to learn wisdom. When you behold the animals from the angle of love and fear for God, you will catch the wisdom of God for a prevailing life.
