LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILDનમૂનો

The Inner Wellspring
A camel’s secret is its inner reservoir. Though it walks through a waterless land, it carries its own well within. When the sun scorches and the journey grows long, it draws from what is stored inside. It is not dependent on the environment; it survives because of what it carries.
That’s how true leaders flourish in adversity, by drawing from the inner well of grace. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us, “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.” Everything flows from within. Outward storms can’t drown a leader whose inner well is full. The strength that sustains you in crisis is not external but spiritual.
Jesus said, “Whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst… it will become in him a fountain springing up into everlasting life” (John 4:14). This means no external crisis can dry up your joy, peace, or faith when your spirit stays connected to the Source.
So, what do we need? The power of an inner wellspring. Feed your heart daily with God’s Word. Protect your thoughts. Let worship refresh your soul. The camel doesn’t wait for rain; it draws from within. You can do the same.
Consider this: What’s flowing from your well today, faith or fear, gratitude or complaint? Keep your well clean and full, and you’ll never run dry.
