LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

DAY 16 OF 30

The Strength to Endure

The camel is called the ship of the desert. It thrives where most creatures faint. In the scorching heat, amid dust and dryness, it survives, and even flourishes. How? It carries within what it needs to withstand what is without. Its endurance is not by accident but by design. God created it to thrive in harsh conditions, not merely to endure them.

Leadership, too, is not proven in comfort but in the desert. The true test of character appears when life feels dry, lonely, and demanding. God’s greatest servants—Abraham, Moses, Elijah, and Paul—had deserts of their own. In those barren seasons, their faith deepened, their hearts were refined, and God provided strength for the journey.

The camel walks through the heat because it carries a hidden reserve of water and fat within its hump. Likewise, you have a divine reserve within you: the Holy Spirit. When external support fails, your inner supply sustains you. As Isaiah 58:11 reminds us, “The Lord will satisfy your soul in drought.”

So, what do we need? The strength to endure. Endurance is not passive survival; it is courageous stability. Like the camel, keep walking. The heat won’t last forever, but the fruit of endurance will.

Consider this: Are you relying on outer comfort or inner strength? Remember, what God placed in you is greater than what stands against you.

About this Plan

LEADERSHIP WISDOM FROM the WILD

God created animals not only for our meat but also for us to learn wisdom. When you behold the animals from the angle of love and fear for God, you will catch the wisdom of God for a prevailing life.
