Chosen and Set Apart: Walking in Your God-Given Identityનમૂનો

Reading: 1 Peter 2:9–10
Devotional:
Today's reading reminds us of our true identity in Christ. You are chosen, royal, holy, and God's special possession. Reflect on what it means to be "called out of darkness into His wonderful light."
How does knowing you are chosen by God change your perspective on daily life? Consider areas where you might still be living in darkness, and ask God to illuminate those spaces with His light. Today, walk confidently in your identity as God's chosen one, and look for opportunities to declare His praises in your words and actions.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for choosing me, calling me out of darkness, and setting me apart as Your own. Help me walk in the light of who You say I am — not who the world says I am. Reveal any areas where I’ve forgotten my identity and remind me that I belong to You. Let my life reflect Your goodness so others can see Your light through me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Application:
Throughout the day, pause and remind yourself: “I am chosen, I am called, and I am His.” Look for one way to represent God’s light, through a word of encouragement, an act of kindness, or by sharing your testimony.
