Jesus in His Own Words

When Jesus began His public ministry, He started with a call, not miracles or crowds. In Matthew 4, Jesus calls people to repent, believe, follow, and go with Him. This call still confronts everyone today and demands a response. This devotional encourages first-time readers to respond clearly to Jesus’ call to salvation and challenges believers to move beyond passive faith into active obedience, discipleship, and mission. Jesus still calls ordinary people, and when they respond, He changes lives.
