We all struggle with stress from time to time. Whether is is caused by work, parenting, or busy seasons, we must learn to avoid the extremes and to rethink the way we respond to it.

This devotional is for those who seek true rest in every season of life. Regardless of the moment you are living through, there is rest available, an unshakeable source of peace and joy. Together, we will meditate on Bible verses that will bring understanding and teach us to enjoy this true rest. We will reflect on God's promises and learn to apply them to our lives, discovering that true rest does not depend on external circumstances but on who He is and His word for each one of us.
