The Book of Joshua tells the story of God’s faithfulness to deliver his people and bring them into the land he had promised to Abraham. Take seven days to meditate on God’s faithfulness to his people and to learn about the importance of covenant partnership.

The book of Joshua records the Israelites’ conquest of the Canaanite Land and testifies of God’s faithfulness to His promise. Just as the author says in 21:45, “Not one of all the LORD's good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.” Similarly, when life hits hard, always remember to be strong and courageous and cling onto God’s promises. Sooner or later, all will come to pass.

“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!” That emphatic declaration of faith caps off Joshua’s final address to God’s people as they look ahead to life in the Promised Land. Join Through the Word as we guide you chapter by chapter through Joshua, and learn how to walk in victory and enjoy the blessings of our full inheritance in Christ. Part 3 covers chapters 17-24.
