The Leader & Conviction: Albert Mohler
As a Christian man, God had called us to lead. We are called to lead NOW!!! We are called to lead convictionally
Hebrews 11:1-2 ESV
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. For by it the people of old received their commendation.
CONVICTION LEADS US TO THE RIGHT PLACE
Leaders need conviction. Without conviction we have almost no purpose.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY CONVICTIONS FIND A GODLY GUY AND LIVE OFF HIS
CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP IS MAKING OTHERS TO SEE, KNOW, & BELIEVE THE RIGHT THINGS AND DO THEM TOGETHER Convictions should get others ready for the eternal. Conviction leads us to pursue God more. Biblical truth & Conviction drives all we do.
The essence of Christian leadership is convictional leadership. Every Christian leader is a teacher. We should teach by intention. Conviction convinces us Christ is truly all we need. Conviction defined a true man in leadership.
Conviction to lead shows how to get from point A to B and why it is important, and to have them do it on their own.
Not even God says merely, "Because I said so."
There are leaders who just want a position of leadership and those who want to incite change.
