And behold, I send the promise of My Father upon you; but remain in the city of Jerusalem until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

He is not here, but has risen: remember when He spoke to you while He was yet in Galilee

Then their eyes were opened, and they knew Him; and He disappeared from them. And they said to one another, “Did not our hearts burn within us as He was speaking to us on the road, while He was opening the Scriptures to us?”

And said to them, “According as it is written, it was necessary for the Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day. And in His name, repentance and remission of sins should be preached to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

But they found the stone rolled away from the tomb; And when they entered it, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
