Wrapping up our Get Real Series
Next week celebrate the events of the Easter weekend. The death and resurrection of Jesus. These events changed the world and continue to do so to this day. This week we will conclude our Get Real series from James exploring how our lives should be different because we follow Jesus.

James 5 calls for us to be just, patient and prayerful.
Be Just
How our lives impact on others matter. James calls out the wealthy whose wealth has been gained at the expense of other's suffering and who do nothing to alleviate the suffering of others. James like Jesus himself points out that amassing wealth is pointless, it will only rot and in fact testify against us.

How should we behave in response to James' warning to the wealthy?

Be Patient
James calls for believers to be patient in waiting for the Lord and to not grumbling and fall into in fighting. We wait for many things, especially right now, but ultimately all that we wait for will be fulfilled in Jesus return.

How are your level's of patience going? What are you really waiting for?
Be Prayerful
James encourages us to pray when we are in trouble, praise when we are happy, pray when someone is sick because prayer is powerful and effective. Prayer should be our first resources and response in every circumstances.

Is prayer your plan A or plan z?
