When you remove relationship, everything becomes work.

He wants to provide for us. Matthew 6 talks about birds & flowers being taken care of.
Philippians - God will supply all of our needs according to riches and glory in Jesus
But If every physical need is met, we can still be hungry.
It’s not just what he provides FOR us...but who He is TO us.
Jesus was trying to say it’s not about bread... or provision...it’s about me.

John 1 - Jesus is the word...John 1:14 - 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,
DAILY BREAD IS DAILY TIME WITH HIM
If you aren’t having daily time with the bread of life you will be naturally full while spiritually starved.
They thought Jesus came to bring bread...not be the bread. To do miracles...not be the miracle.
We can want the provision without wanting the person.
He didn’t come to IMPROVE our life, he came to BE our life.
Here’s the reality - There are other breads we turn to - our job, addictions, relationships, money...our own dreams...we can think if we have those we have enough.
We have to come to the point where we realize...
I don’t have enough. He does I am not enough. He is.
