ThornCreek Church
HOPE IS MY STORY :: Renewed Hope
What’s your story? All of us have seasons of ups and downs. But, there is something that God wants you to have in the midst of tough times. Hope is one of the strongest survival tools needed to get through life. It’s this belief that my circumstances will change. For six weekends, ThornCreek Church will be looking at the power of hope that’s found in scripture. This is not a shallow hope, it’s a hope that’s fixed on the God who loves you. You will be encouraged, renewed, and reminded, that we have this living God who wants us to abound in hope! Let hope by part of your story! Start a new habit this new year by attending church. God will fill you with hope!

TC Kids (Birth - 5th Grade)
ThornCreek Kids Ministry strives to walk alongside and equip parents to be spiritual leaders in their children’s lives. Our hope and prayer is that with a strong faith foundation, kids will make the decision to continue growing as Christians, and become Christ-like disciples.

Our age-level classes allow us to reach children at their developmental level, so that by God’s grace they will be able to comprehend to the best of their ability, the topics we are covering in church!

All Ministry Partners (over the age of 18) have passed background checks, and all Bridge Team members (6th-12th graders) are supervised by adults.

Have you ever needed some renewed hope?
“Of all Jesus' disciples, we have the most information about Peter. Not only was he a part of the Lord's inner circle, but also, due to his enthusiasm, he was also at the center of many gospel stories. While we can't be certain about Peter's personality type, we do have some hints that he was a classic ENFP.”
- Jesus Film
As we’ve discussed Peter’s not the type of person to just sit around, so he goes back to what he knows, what’s comfortable. Fishing.
God has a plan and purpose for each of us. For some it’s a call to volunteer and serve in a certain ministry area like kids, youth, small groups, etc.. For others it may be a call to full or part-time ministry being staff on a church or para-church organization.
God has a calling on your life.
He has promises for you. As a follower of Christ each and everyone of us are called to share the love of Christ.
There is a difference between doing something on your own and doing it out of obedience to God. The results.
Jesus doesn’t need your fish, but He loves your involvement.
I don’t know where you’re at today… I want you to hear that God is for you! Regardless of what you’ve been going through. Regardless of what you’ve done. God wants to restore and renew you!
