Helicopter Egg Drop
Sign your kids and your friends kids up now for the annual Egg Drop on Saturday, April 13, by registering at https://riv.cc/RiverEggs2019 with the password RiverEggs2019. Registration goes public on March 17 when we expect the 400 available spots for kids to be taken within a day or two. This is a great invite opportunity for your River 5!
Volunteers for Egg Drop
It’s that time of year again! Before you know it our annual egg drop will be here. It’s on Saturday, April 13, and we need over 100 volunteers to pull it off. Please sign up to volunteer at a kiosk or at https://hittheriver.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/215669.
Candy, Candy, Candy!
We need your help making the Egg Drop a sweet time by filling plastic eggs with candy for the kids. There are bags of empty eggs next to the worship center (30 eggs in a bag) that need to be filled. Please consider filling some eggs with candy and returning the eggs by Sunday, March 31.
Veteran’s Ministry
Are you interested in reaching out to local veterans in need? Consider being part of our veteran’s ministry. We’ll be connecting with the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, The Fisher House and with the veterans in our own church family. Please contact michelle.puthoff@yahoo.com for more information.
IHN Overnight
We support Interfaith Hospitality Network four times a year by providing homeless families food for lunches, dinner, breakfast and an overnight stay. We need two people (one preferably being a male) to stay overnight at Our Lady of Sorrows church from 9:00pm Friday night May 17 to Saturday morning May 18 at 8:00am. Youth Lock-In
The River Youth will be having their annual Lock-In on the evening of Friday, April 5 until the morning of April 6 for all students in 6th-12th grade. They will meet at Eastern Lanes in Middletown for bowling from 9:30pm-12:00am before heading to The River Church for games/activities, food and a movie. Priscilla Shirer Simulcast
Join us at The River Church for the Going Beyond Live simulcast on Saturday, April 6. Doors open at 9:30am and will end at 5:30pm.
You will hear practical, biblical teaching. Learn to study God’s Word for yourself and seek God through prayer. You will be able to find spiritual refreshment alongside thousands of women from all walks of life and gain the direction you need to step into God’s plan for your life

Baptism
If you would like to be baptized on Easter Sunday, April 21 during one of our services (8:30am, 9:45am, or 11:15am) you can sign up online at https://hittheriver.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/200027. We would also like to get an audio recording of you sharing your story of becoming a Christ follower that will be shared before you get baptized.

Angels Among Us
There are times in life when we can be in a situation where a meal would be a blessing, such as after giving birth or when dealing with a medical situation. Through our Angels Among Us ministry, you can help people within our church by bringing them a meal. To join, send an email to info@HitTheRiver.com letting us know you’d like to be part of this ministry. When a need arises, you will receive an email asking if you can sign up to bring a meal.
