Part Three - The I Am Introduction
God’s introduction to humanity is an I Am Introduction.
Exodus 3:14
God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”
He is satisfaction:
John 6:35
“I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again.”
He is illumination:
John 8:12
“I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”
He is protection:
John 10:11
“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd sacrifices his life for the sheep.”
He is resurrection:
John 11:25
“I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying.”
He is salvation:
John 14:6
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”
He is provision:
John 15:5
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
God’s I Am introduction declares His existence.
Hebrews 11:6
And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
Psalm 14:1
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good.
He is not the Great I Was or the Great I will be - He is the Great I Am!
Hebrews 11:1
NOW faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
God’s I Am introduction is what He expects us to declare.

“But what about you?”he asked. “Who do you say I am?”16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven.18 And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock, I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
