Contact Tami at tami@HitTheRiver.com if you have any questions.

Game On! Planning Session
Do you love video games? Are you a guy? We need you!! In January, we will be inviting elementary boys and men of all ages for an evening of video gaming fun, pizza, and male bonding. We are in need of “gamers” who can help us plan the event, plan activities (such as a Mario Cart tournament), set up the devices, share gaming equipment, and/or who would be willing to attend the event on Friday, January 11. Please join us on Monday, November 19 at 6:30pm for a planning session at The River Church. If you cannot attend but are interested in helping email Tami Richardson at tami@HitTheRiver.com.

In Need?
The River Church has a Deacon Team in place to address the needs of people who are in the midst of difficult circumstances. We invite people to contact us, whether for yourself or for another person at the River. The Deacon Team also helps provide boxes of food and personal hygiene products to people in need whether or not they attend the River Church.

Angels Among Us
There are times in life when we can be in a situation where a meal would be a blessing, such as after giving birth or when dealing with a medical situation. Through our Angels Among Us ministry, you can help people within our church by bringing them a meal. To join, send an email to info@HitTheRiver.com letting us know you’d like to be part of this ministry. When a need arises, you will receive an email asking if you can sign up to bring a meal. If you are in a situation where you could be blessed by a meal, please email us at info@HitTheRiver.com.
I invite God’s presence into my present when I worship.
“For it is not mere words that nourish the soul, but God Himself, and unless and until the hearers find God in personal experience they are not the better for having heard the truth.” -A.W. Tozer, The Pursuit of God
