Did You Know?

This week a new book study was started at the Soup Kitchen with Cornerstone’s help. Nicole is leading a study going through Mark Batterson’s book Chase the Lion. The books for the study were purchased through our Engage Fund at Cornerstone. This fund helps us support local ministry opportunities as they arise.

This is what Nicole shared
"A couple months ago I felt that tug at my heart to lead a book study at the Soup Kitchen on Chase the Lion. Little did I know my friend Kisha Johnson was praying I would. Tonight was night one. I worked until 6:15 pm and went straight to the study. I was exhausted and my to do list is long but after tonight I realize that you only accomplish your dreams by seizing one opportunity at a time. Thank you Kisha for encouraging me to do this. I can’t wait to watch God’s plan unfold!”

Supporting the Ministry

We believe that God's people will support God's work. One way you can support what God is doing here is through online giving. You can give a one-time gift, or you can setup a recurring gift. If you are here this morning, you can also place your offering in the offering boxes located by either exit.
