We’re currently in a sermon series through the book of Acts. Today is Family Sunday and we are taking a pause from our study to look at compassion.
Things to Pray For
CHURCH FAMILY NEEDS: Pray for Barb Butler who fell recently and is staying at Southfield (If you can visit, her room is Room 103).
MISSIONARIES: This month pray for the Yager’s.
FAMILY OF THE WEEK: Each week we’ll pray for a different family in our church. This week, pray for the Erdel family: John-Paul, Karin, Samuel, Daniel, Able
HILLSIDE HAPPENINGS: Pray that the church would continue to stay unified under Christ. Pray for our livestream and for the people joining us there. Pray for Casa Del Alfarero, the Spanish-speaking Missionary Church 5 minutes from our building.
CURRENT HAPPENINGS: Pray for the war in Ukraine and Iran.

Hillside Family Cookout at Rum Village: Sept. 13 at 12:30
The church will provide meat, drinks, plates, napkins, & cutlery. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. There is a sign-up sheet in the Welcome Center.
Men’s & Women’s Small Groups:
Women’s small group will begin Sept. 15 and men’s will begin Sept. 22. Amber will be facilitating a women’s small group focusing on prayer and a recap of Acts. Dylan will be facilitating the men’s group. Please feel free to invite others. There are sign-up sheets and schedules in the Welcome Center.
