hey
The temple was the center of Israel’s nation and religious life. This is where God chose to dwell, according to the Old and New Testament. The temple was a place where sacrifices for forgiveness of sins could be made.
The temple is also where the country’s leading teachers could be heard in the temple courts and where pilgrims gathered by the thousands, especially at Passover, a time to sing and pray and worship the one true God.
Today we will look at the significance and symbolism of the temple and Jesus.
1. The Temple
- A place of WORSHIP
-A place of SACRIFICE
- A place of PRAYER
2. It’s Time to Clean the Temple
