AGAPE is the new kind of love which comes with the New Covenant in the New Creation – US
AGAPE: The ability to see another as valuable and precious.
Denotes an undefeatable kindness and unconquerable goodwill that always seeks the highest good of the person with a desire to promote their joy and happiness no matter what he does.
Agape is a word that exclusively belongs to the Christian community. It is a love virtually unknown to writers outside the New Testament!

Who is this person, this YOU, that you are to love?
· Loved by Father-God, by the Lord Jesus Christ / Romans 5:8; John 17:26
· You are valuable and precious to Father/Lord Jesus/Holy Spirit
· You belong – to the Father being purchased by the Blood of Jesus
· You are made in the likeness and image of God, being conformed to the image of Jesus every day / Romans 8:29
· You are a son/daughter of the Lord God Almighty / I John 3:1
· You are forgiven and reconciled to the Father / II Corinthians 5:18-21
· You are righteous in His sight / II Corinthians 5:21
· You have MADE THE TEAM!
· You are His “workmanship” created in Christ Jesus unto good works / Ephesians 2:10
· You are gifted with the gifts of God and given grace / Romans 12:3-8
· You are light in a world of darkness! Matthew 5:14
· You are MORE THAN A CONQUEROR Roman 8:27

TELL YOURSELF THE TRUTH!
We still have the flesh to deal with, selfishness, a desire to be accepted by others, all kinds of appetites and desires.
When we fail, mess up, miss the mark, we don’t let that define who we are!
We may not feel like a new creature or more than a conqueror at the time. But the TRUTH of who we are remains the same. We are growing to act more like Jesus every day!
YOU ARE NOT YOUR OWN!

Romans 6/7 The members of our body are instruments of righteousness unto holiness.
Result: In relationships, in girlfriend/boyfriend relationships, because of the above truths; you set the boundaries based on who you are in Christ.

HOW CAN WE LOVE OTHERS IF WE DO NOT LOVE OURSELVES!
HOW CAN WE FORGIVE OTHERS IF WE DO NOT FORGIVE OURSELVES!
HOW CAN WE RESPECT OTHERS IF WE CONDEMN OURSELVES!
TELL YOURSELF THE TRUTH ABOUT YOU!

The success of everything in our lives.
The victory of everything in our lives.
The joy of everything in our lives.
The worth of everything in our lives.
Rests on walking in these truths:

- Love the Lord your God with all of your heart, mind, soul and strength;
- Love your neighbor as yourself.
