Kindness

Simple acts of kindness can be powerful ways to point people to Jesus. The Apostle Paul tells us that kindness being a fruit of the Spirit is a virtue of the Christian life that reflects the character of Christ. While some might be motivated to acts of kindness by selfish ambitions, we will see how Christlike kindness is motivated by a genuine interest in the welfare of others. --- The Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit produces types of fruit in the Christian life that reflect God’s character. The fruit of the Spirit that is manifest in the Christian life includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. In this sermon series, we will learn how this fruit is produced and what it looks like to reflect the fruit of the Spirit in our daily lives.
