Love Like Jesus

Jesus said the world will know that we are Christians by our love for one another. Love is a fruit of the Spirit that is present in every Christian. The kind of love that Jesus is talking about is the selfless giving of oneself for the benefit of another. Jesus demonstrated His love for us by dying on the cross for our sins. As Christians we are commanded to love like Jesus. --- The Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit produces types of fruit in the Christian life that reflect God’s character. The fruit of the Spirit that is manifest in the Christian life includes love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. In this sermon series, we will learn how this fruit is produced and what it looks like to reflect the fruit of the Spirit in our daily lives.
