1. Read aloud Hebrews 4:15-16 & Psalm 62. Take a moment to read the passages again in silence, reflect, and write one observation on each.
2. What do these passages teach us about God and people?
3. What scriptures help you understand the text and message? (i.e.,Proverbs 25:20; Psalm 118; Matthew 11:28-30; Joshua 1:1-9; Philippians 3:7-14; Hebrews 2:14-18; James 4:6-10; c.f., Isaiah 43:1-13)
4. Give a brief, personal example of a painful circumstance and how you experienced God's presence. What positioned you to observe God?
5. What resonated most from Adrian's message? Why so?
