RECAP: In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, and it was good. When Adam and Eve sinned, it began to break things in our world. The rest of the Bible is how God has been redeeming His goodness in our world and lives. We are looking at how God designed life in the beginning and how that can give us a new beginning in 2025.

We see that God created man in His image and gave man a special role to participate with God in ruling this world. What do you think it would look like to participate in sharing God’s goodness and redemption of our world?

We see that God would walk with Adam and Eve in the garden, and they knew Him. How would walking with God and His presence shift our lives?

In the beginning, heaven and earth would intersect. How can we bring heaven to earth? What does the Lord’s prayer mean when He says, “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.”?

God designed eternal life in His presence. How can having the hope of life change your year ahead?
