The problem with stuff is the more you have the more time it takes to use it.

In this story, the rich man used the word “I” eighteen times and the word “My” four times. This guy was very much about himself, his possessions and what he could do.

The Rich Man made several Mistakes:

•He believed The purpose of wealth is to buy the things of life.
•He believed The accumulation of things equals happiness
•The young man believed if he had more possessions he would have enough possessions.
•He was short sighted regarding his future

Worry strangles your life.

Destructive
Deceptive
Blinds us

Worry is a self declared lack of trust in God

Worry doesn’t accomplish anything

What do we do to live in this light hearted understanding, approach that Christ offers of not worrying about stuff and things?

Have a Proper attitude.
Giving is not about how much you have rather giving is about the attitude in which you give

Focus on Others
The way to greater joy in life is not though self. It’s through service to others.

Understand Biblical Ownership
We are managers
