GPS
GPS Children’s Program, new Semester begins Tuesday, August 27th at 6:00 p.m. here at WEBC! Through teaching, music, and games, kids age 3 and up learn about the Gospel, God, the Bible, and having good relationships with Jesus Christ and with others. We all need some direction in our lives today - especially our children. To volunteer, see Mark Foster.

Home Group/Study Questions
These questions are provided for your further study and application of today’s sermon. Thoughtfully writing out the answers to these questions will help to drive home the truths we are learning.
1. Was there any passage of scripture or statement in the message today that was particularly meaningful or applicable to you?
2. Read John 10:7-12. What does Jesus mean when He says He is the door of the sheep? How would you respond to someone who says that “All roads lead to God, and to say that one way is right and all the other ways are wrong is narrow-minded, bigoted and prejudicial. What is true for you is true for you, and what is true for me is true for me?” (This is pervasive in North American culture.)
3. Read Psalm 139:1-6 (or better still, read the whole Psalm). Do these truths add impact to the simple statement Jesus makes when he says, “I know my own sheep…?”
4. Jesus follows up that statement with “…and they know me.” He also says that His sheep hear and know His voice. (vv. 3-5, 27-28). How well do you know Jesus? How have you heard (or do you hear) His voice?
5. Who are Jesus’ “Other Sheep?” Read John 11:49-52. Here we have a false shepherd (Caiaphas) delivering an unintended prophecy that is further explained by John. Who are the “scattered abroad?” Read Galatians 3:8, 27-29 and Ephesians 2:12-14. What people group, nationality, ethnicity, society, etc. are beyond the grace of God?

Giving Online
Giving cheerfully and sacrificially of our finances is part of our worship. (2 Corinthians 9:7; Proverbs 3:9; Malachi 3:10)
We thank those who have helped us fulfill our mission and vision, and we ask you to pray that all of the giving to West End Baptist Church would be used to glorify God in carrying out His will as Scripture instructs and the Holy Spirit leads.
