hey
Taproots are stronger because they dig deeper into the soil, while a fibrous root is shallow, and must draw its strength from the soil conditions and environment immediately around it.

It's the same for you and me--spiritually.
Acts 2:42-47 NLT All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer. A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need. They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity--all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
Acts 2:42-47 (American Gospel Version) They studied the apostles’ teaching when they had time. They went to fellowship when they could fit it in. They prayed when they needed something and got coffee with each other every now and then. They were content without and had low expectations for signs and wonders in their midst. Some of the believers got together and talked about generosity, but they all kept their possessions for themselves. 2 out of 5 Sundays they came to corporate gatherings. They didn’t invite people into their homes and rarely revealed their hearts. They were largely irrelevant to society, and occasionally, someone got saved. (Credit: Jon Tyson)
Revelation 2:3-4 NIV You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first.

#3."...to fellowship..."

Hebrews 10:25 MSG Let’s see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching.
#4. "...to sharing in meals..."

Deuteronomy 6:4-9 NIV Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 5 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. 9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.

We are formed in the routines of life.
#5. "...and to prayer..."

Ephesians 6:18 NIV And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Acts 2:43-47 NIV A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders.
