Know Your Identity in Jesus
· We are washed, sanctified and justified
· We are free from the law, justified by faith (Galatians 5:1)
· We are children of the promise
· We are part of Christ’s body to this world (Galatians 2:20)
· We are one with Jesus spiritually
· We are the holy temple where He dwells
· We were purchased with the blood of Jesus – we belong to Him (Romans 8:38-39)
Reject the Lies of the Enemy
· We can do whatever we want because we are not under the law
· Sexual expression is natural – the way God made us
· God is only concerned about your heart, not your body
· Sin is outside of you, it doesn’t taint your spirit
· God wants me to be happy
· Love supersedes all, justifies behavior
Live Your Identity Aggressively
· Live to glorify God in your body (Romans 6:13)
· Flee sexual sin
