Leviticus 1:1-2 ESV
Sacrifices:
1. The Burnt Offering (Leviticus 1): Sacrifice of the spotless animals (lamb, goat, sheep, or bird).
2. The Grain Offering (Leviticus 2): Flour or grain.
3. The Peace Offering (Leviticus 3): Considered free will or vow offering. The offering of overflow.
4. The Sin Offering (Leviticus 4): Purified the sanctuary, covered unintentional sins and sins of omission.
5. The Trespass Offering (Leviticus 5): For the repayment of money and unintentional sins in fraudulent transactions.
Hebrews 9:11-12 ESV

The Modern Offering (Old Testament):
1. Let my prayer be counted as incense before you, and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice! (Psalm 141:2)
2. I will offer you the sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the Lord. I will pay my vows to the Lord in the presence of all His people, in the courts of the house of the Lord, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Praise the Lord! (Psalm 116:17-19)
3. The one who offers thanksgiving as his sacrifice glorifies Me; to the one who orders his way rightly, I will show the salvation of God! (Psalm 50:23)
4. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise. (Psalm 51:17)
5. And let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving, and tell of His deeds in songs of joy! (Psalm 107:22)
The Modern Offering (New Testament):
1. I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spirit worship. (Romans 12:1)
2. But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. (1 Peter 2:9)
3. Through Him then let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge His name. (Hebrews 13:15)
