Prayer Focus:

Missions Focus: Pray for Jim and Cara T. They work with Japanese students at the University of Minnesota and a few other universities in Minnesota. Please be praying for them as they both happen to have COVID right now.

Local: Pray for teachers as they prepare to go back to school, and upcoming transitions for kids going back to college and their families.

Church: Prayer for the final steps at Northeast and for all the permits to go through so we can open! Pray for VBS, which is happening this week!

Tuesday Morning Communal Prayer is in the basement at Corner Coffee North Loop, 9a-10a.

Corner Coffee Northeast opens daily on Thursday! A huge thanks to our Corner Church community who helped in many ways get to this milestone. A Corner Coffee theme that is stated over and over is, “Why would anyone do this alone?” Together we are better!

Corner Church Vacation Bible School is this week, August 11-13! Thursday & Friday from 6-7:30p and Saturday from 10-11:30a with hot dogs following. If you have kids between the ages of 3 and 11, REGISTER RIGHT NOW at www.! You can help by inviting neighbor kids, family member kids, coworker kids, etc. Spread the word!!! Corner Church UNITED Service is Sunday, August 21 at 10a at Theodore Wirth Beach, 3200 Glenwood Ave, bringing our four communities together for one UNITED Service. We will be doing a cookout potluck. Bring a side or dessert to share. Hotd ogs and drinks will be provided.

Would you like to be baptized or do you have questions about baptism? There will be an opportunity to be baptized at our August 21 UNITED service.
