Sunday Family Dinner - Sunday, July 31st, After Service
Come join us for dinner and fellowship at the Harbor building right after service. We will share a meal together and have opportunities to connect. Food will be provided (please bring your own drinks)

Children Ministry Opportunities
We are so stoked to have Sunday School for our preschoolers/toddlers the first three Sunday of each month. We'd love to add a fourth week but that requires a couple more volunteers. It's once a month of sharing the love of Jesus with our keiki during the message on Sundays. If interested, email johnhahn@harborhawaii.org for more info. Mahalo!

Service Opportunities
If you are looking for ways to serve the body of Christ on Sundays, we have a few opportunities for you. Email mikemason@harborhawaii.org for more info

Gospel-Community Groups - Weekdays, Various times
We gather together in small groups to read and apply God’s word to our lives, pray and encourage one another. Email johnhahn@harborhawaii.org for more info
Let It Be Jesus

{Verse 1}
Let it be Jesus
The first name that I call
Let it be Jesus
My song inside the storm
I’ll never need another…

For me to live is Christ
For me to live is Christ

God, I breathe Your name
Above everything
Let it be, let it be Jesus

{Verse 2}
Let it be Jesus
From the rising of the sun
And let it be Jesus
When all is said and done
I’ll never need another
Jesus, there’s no other...

Should I ever be abandoned
Should I ever be acclaimed
Should I ever be surrounded
By the fire and the flame

There’s name I will remember
There’s a name I will proclaim
Let it be, let it be Jesus
Let it be, let it be Jesus
Christ Be Magnified

{Verse 1}
Were creation suddenly articulate
With a thousand tongues to lift one cry
Then from north to south and east to west
We'd hear 'Christ be magnified!'

{Verse 2}
Were the whole earth echoing His eminence
His name would burst from sea and sky
From rivers to the mountain tops
We'd hear 'Christ be magnified!'

O! Christ be magnified!
Let His praise arise
Christ be magnified in me

O! Christ be magnified!
From the altar of my life
Christ be magnified in me

{Verse 3}
When every creature finds its inmost melody
And every human heart its native cry
O then in one enraptured hymn of praise
We'll sing 'Christ be magnified!'

And I won't bow to idols
I'll stand strong and worship You
And if it puts me in the fire
I'll rejoice 'cause You're there too

I won't be formed by feelings
I hold fast to what is true
If the cross brings transformation
Then I'll be crucified with You

'Cause death is just the doorway
Into resurrection life
And if I join You in Your suffering then
I'll join You when You rise

And when You return in glory
With all the angels and the saints
My heart will still be singing
And my song will be the same
Hosea 12

12 Ephraim feeds on the wind
and pursues the east wind all day long;
they multiply falsehood and violence;
they make a covenant with Assyria,
and oil is carried to Egypt.

The Lord's Indictment of Israel and Judah
2 The Lord has an indictment against Judah
and will punish Jacob according to his ways;
he will repay him according to his deeds.
3 In the womb he took his brother by the heel,
and in his manhood he strove with God.
4 He strove with the angel and prevailed;
he wept and sought his favor.
He met God[a] at Bethel,
and there God spoke with us—
5 the Lord, the God of hosts,
the Lord is his memorial name:
6 “So you, by the help of your God, return,
hold fast to love and justice,
and wait continually for your God.”

7 A merchant, in whose hands are false balances,
he loves to oppress.
8 Ephraim has said, “Ah, but I am rich;
I have found wealth for myself;
in all my labors they cannot find in me iniquity or sin.”
9 I am the Lord your God
from the land of Egypt;
I will again make you dwell in tents,
as in the days of the appointed feast.

10 I spoke to the prophets;
it was I who multiplied visions,
and through the prophets gave parables.
11 If there is iniquity in Gilead,
they shall surely come to nothing:
in Gilgal they sacrifice bulls;
their altars also are like stone heaps
on the furrows of the field.
12 Jacob fled to the land of Aram;
there Israel served for a wife,
and for a wife he guarded sheep.
13 By a prophet the Lord brought Israel up from Egypt,
and by a prophet he was guarded.
14 Ephraim has given bitter provocation;
so his Lord will leave his bloodguilt on him
and will repay him for his disgraceful deeds.

Hosea 13

The Lord's Relentless Judgment on Israel
13 When Ephraim spoke, there was trembling;
he was exalted in Israel,
but he incurred guilt through Baal and died.
Sermon Points:

God changes us from our
1. Deception to dependency on Him
2. Pride to Humility
3. Idolatry to Worshipers of Him
King of Kings
{Verse 1}
In the darkness, we were waiting
Without hope, without light
Till from heaven, You came running
There was mercy in Your eyes

To fulfil the law and prophets
To a virgin came the word
From a throne of endless glory
To a cradle in the dirt

Praise the Father, Praise the Son
Praise the Spirit, Three in one
God of glory, Majesty
Praise forever to the King of Kings

{Verse 2}
To reveal the kingdom coming
And to reconcile the lost
To redeem the whole creation
You did not despise the cross

For even in your suffering
You saw to the other side
Knowing this was our salvation
Jesus for our sake you died

{Verse 3}
And the morning that You rose
All of heaven held its breath
Till that stone was moved for good
For the Lamb had conquered death

And the dead rose from their tombs
And the angels stood in awe
For the souls of all who'd come
To the Father are restored

And the church of Christ was born
Then the Spirit lit the flame
Now this gospel truth of old
Shall not kneel, shall not faint

By His blood and in His name
In His freedom I am free
For the love of Jesus Christ
Who has resurrected me
There is a Redeemer

{Verse 1}
There is a redeemer
Jesus, God's own Son
Precious Lamb of God, Messiah
Holy One

Thank you O My Father
For giving us your Son
And leaving your Spirit til
The work on earth is done

{Verse 2}
Jesus my redeemer
Name above all names
Precious Lamb of God, Messiah
Oh, for sinners slain

{Verse 3}
When I stand in Glory
I will see His face
And there I'll serve my King forever
In that Holy Place

We invite believers to respond to God's grace through:

Taking the bread representing God's body broken for our sins. Taking the juice or wine representing God's blood shed for our sins. Eat, drink, and be renewed in God's grace. (1 Corinthians 11:23-26). You can also respond to God's grace by giving of tithes and offerings at
