New Here?
Welcome to Eastminster!
Eastminster's mission is to encourage people to enjoy the fullness of knowing, loving and becoming like Jesus.

Worship is where we orient our lives towards God and we are filled again with his presence. We are one church body with four distinct worship venues, bound by common faith and vision.

We believe we are best discipled (becoming more like Jesus) when we interact with God's Word in authentic community. We do this through Grow Groups, which currently meet in person and online. Find yours at www.eastminster.org/grow-groups.

We are most fulfilled in the church when we are using our gifts to serve others. Want to learn more about opportunities to serve? Visit www.eastminster.org/serve.

We all GO and share the gospel, from the end of the street to the ends of the earth. Being missional is who we are.

Pastor Stan Will Go on Sabbatical this September

Q&A with elders: Sunday, June 26, following the 9:30 and 11 a.m. service in the Chapel We know intentional rest is an important part of staying healthy. To that end, we are preparing for Pastor Stan to go on sabbatical this September – December, returning in January 2023. We are praying for God to refresh and rejuvenate him during his time away, and also praying for God to guide our church family, staff and elders during this season. To learn more about the sabbatical and get answers to common questions, please visit the link below. If you have further questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Charity Schaulis, who is the spokesperson on behalf of session during the sabbatical. You can reach her at 619.9690 or cschaulis@gmail.com.

Serve in Kids

At Eastminster, one of our values is “Generation to Generation” – meaning we are an intergenerational church committed to passing the faith from one generation to the next. And guess what? That starts with you! Serving with Eastminster Kids is the perfect opportunity to spend time with little ones while showing them the love of Jesus. All our service opportunities are in team environments, which gives you flexibility in how often you serve or if you need to take a week off for travel. We all have a role to play, and we’ll make sure it fits your schedule! Attend 9:30? We need you! Right now our greatest need is for those who worship during the 9:30 hour to serve kids at 11 a.m. If you’re a 9:30 attender, would you prayerfully consider serving weekly or on a rotating basis?

Value Them Both: Understanding the Importance of the August 2 Vote with Elder Ben Davis

Sundays, July 10 & 17 | Following the 9:30 & 11 a.m. services in C-13/14 | Join elder Ben Davis as he shares on the value of life from a biblical perspective. From this foundation, we will look at the proposed amendment to the Kansas constitution that would uphold the ability to regulate the abortion industry. This statewide vote will happen on August 2. Going on now in the YouVersion Bible app! Our all-church Bible reading plans have been so popular, and we've loved joining in great daily discussion around God's Word together. Let's continue to get into the Word this summer by reading through Psalms and Proverbs.
