Christianity has been around since the day Jesus rose from the dead, well over 2000 years ago. It has been through numerous changes through out those millennia. God had and has a plan for the church, for Christianity. Satan wants to thwart that plan. How does he do that? By getting us to fight among ourselves. To make the normal seem to be extraordinary when in actuality being like Jesus, acting like Him, behaving like Him is what should be natural and normal. Normal Christianity is to be like Jesus, love like Him everyday.
Romans 12:1-21 NKJV
· There is a level of living that God wants every Christian to achieve
· We have gotten so far off that when someone lives it, we make fun or even say it’s not possible.
· Verse 2 “prove the good and acceptable and perfect will of God for your life.”
o God knows you
o God has a plan
o Sin keeps you from that plan

How do we prove God’s will?
I. TOGETHER STRONG (verses 3-5)
A. We are connected
B. God’s will for your life involves other people
C. Living sacrifice: take up you cross daily, called to be a servant
D. Living for yourself and your happiness is not God’s will.
II. ALL HAVE BEEN GIVEN SOMETHING NEEDED
A. Gifts are from God and are needed
B. Makes a difference in people’s lives
C. You have a part to play
III.YOU > ME (verses 9-21)
A. ATTITUDE of living
B. PHILOSOPHY of living
C. CHOICE of living
1. Give preference to others
2. Meet the needs of others
3. Love others that don’t deserve it
4. Do Good, it is always right
