Mission Hills Church
Unleashed | This Is Your Sign
The greatest thing keeping us from the life God has for us might just be…us. We have a choice: hide behind the comfortable and the familiar, or step into the unknown…and a life unleashed.

Welcome to Mission Hills!
Mission Hills is a church family—a family who wants to extend to you the same love, hope, and joy that we have received. We know that we cannot be all things to all people. But we do want to be one thing to all people. We want to be the place where anyone, of any age, of any level of spiritual maturity, of any economic class, of any ethnicity, of any church background—or no church background—can meet God in a way that transforms their life…forever!

If you are a first time guest, we would love to meet you! Stop by the Welcome Center for a free gift.
And Saul approved of their killing him. (Acts 8:1a)
On that day a great persecution broke out against the church in Jerusalem, and all except the apostles were scattered throughout Judea and Samaria. 2 Godly men buried Stephen and mourned deeply for him. 3 But Saul began to destroy the church. Going from house to house, he dragged off both men and women and put them in prison. 4 Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. (Acts 8:1b-4)
Two Questions:
1. Did God allow this persecution as a form of discipline?
2. What were they waiting for?
When-ism is the tendency to say, I’ll do _________ when ___________.
If we want to live unleashed, we have to stop giving in to when-ism.
What good thing is when-ism keeping me from doing?

Signs show us where we wouldn't otherwise know to go.
In a world dominated by hatred, what’s more miraculous than a group of people known for their love?
Apparently the apostles needed a sign to show them Jesus was serious about reaching the Samaritans.
Insisting on signs is a sign...of sin.
If we want to live unleashed, we have to stop waiting on signs and start doing the good we know we need to do.
