Today is the last day we are collecting our Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. We have achieved our goal for this year of $12,603 but are hoping to reach $20,000 . 100% of the funds raised will be sent to the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention to place missionaries on the field.

Join the Goshen Student Ministry on Thursday nights as they take a deep dive into the message of the gospel. Students from 6th-12th grade are invited to join us every Thursday from 6:45-8:00pm to discover just why the gospel is such good news and what it means to be saved. Children in grades 1-5 are invited to join us every Wednesday for our Journey Through the Bible class from 6:15pm-7:30pm. The children will engage in a bible reading, videos, coloring, and other activities. Food and drink are served as well, something different each week. January 16 is Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. This date will kick off a spare change baby bottle campaign to raise money for the Choices Women’s Center.

Children in K-5th and their families are invited to a Free Magic Show on Saturday, January 22 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm here at Goshen. Check-in and refreshments are available from 4:30pm-5:00pm, seating will start at 5:00pm, and the show will begin at 5:15pm. Our first quarter ministry rally (information meeting) will be on Sunday, February 6 immediately following the worship service. If necessary, our ministry conference (business meeting) will be immediately following the worship service on February 20.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 2 and make plans to join us at this year’s Eggstravaganza. Not only will we be having our annual Easter Egg Hunt but we will also be hosting an Egg Drop. More details will follow at a later time. Closer to the event date we will begin collecting candy donations and will need plenty of volunteers to make the event a success.
