APPLICATION-What does it mean for me?

-God loves us and is rich in mercy

-God gave us eternal life in Christ

-We were spiritually dead

-God raised us up from the spiritual death

-Believers are seated with Christ in Heaven

-We are examples of God's grace

-God saves us when we trust in Christ

-Salvation is a gift from God not something that we an earn

-We can't boast about saving ourselves

-We are God's masterpiece created to do God's good work

-God loved us so much that he graciously gave us the free gift of Jesus Christ. This gift is available to anyone who trusts in Jesus Christ. We were spiritually dead and could not save ourselves. The gift is not a reward for what we have done, but a loving provision from our Heavenly Father. God created us as a masterpiece to accomplish his purposes.

-I stand as an example of God's grace

-I am created to do good works

-Lord you are my Heavenly Father. You are rich in grace, kindness and mercy. While I have fallen far short of your goodness, in your goodness you have provided the free gift of salvation in Jesus Christ. I cannot earn your love or salvation. I am guilty. But in love you paid the price for everything I have done wrong. The price is paid in full. I cannot add to it in anyway. You have graciously given me the free gift of eternal life. Thank you for all you have done. Please use me to accomplish your purposes. -Amen
