The steps towards becoming more teachable begins with two desires:
1. A desire to become better.
2. A desire to change.

2 types of Willingness:
1. Willingness to learn something new.
2. Willingness to relearn what you think you already know.

How do we remain Teachable?

b. Cultivate an appropriate response to feedback
c. Be willing to receive feedback even when you don’t like the way it’s being delivered.
