Teachabilty is a combination of desire and willingness.

The steps towards becoming more teachable begins with two desires:
1. A desire to become better.
2. A desire to change.

2 types of Willingness:
1. Willingness to learn something new.
2. Willingness to relearn what you think you already know.

Roadblock #4 - The Roadblock of Pain

Real Pain offers only two possible responses:
1. We can deal with it.
or
2. We can refuse to deal with it.

Strategy #1- Acknowledge Pain When you see it.

Strategy #2- If you can, deal with the pain right away.

Strategy #3- Slow down and dig down to the first pain.

Strategy #4- Retrain your brain

Roadblock #5 - The Roadblock of Pace

Everything good in life, lives and grows in the margins. An unhealthy pace eliminates the margins in our lives.
