1. Quick to listen

Your first priority relationally is to be quick to listen.

2. Slow to speak

Listen to understand the other person.

It’s not about being right. It’s about making it right with people.

3. Slow to become angry

The longer you listen, the more you will learn, and the less angry you will be.
