Stand In Your Love
Verse 1
When darkness tries to roll over my bones
When sorrow comes to steal the joy I own
When brokenness and pain is all I know
I won't be shaken, I won't be shaken
Chorus
My fear doesn't stand a chance
When I stand in Your love
My fear doesn't stand a chance
When I stand in Your love
My fear doesn't stand a chance
When I stand in Your love
Verse 2
Shame no longer has a place to hide
I am not a captive to the lies
I'm not afraid to leave my past behind
I won't be shaken, no, I won't be shaken

Chorus

Bridge
There's power that can break off every chain
There's power that can empty out a grave…
There’s resurrection power that can save
There’s power in Your name power in Your name

Chorus

Ending
Standing in Your love
I am standing, standing in Your love
Fear Is A Liar
Verse 1
When he told you you're not good enough
When he told you you're not right
When he told you you're not strong enough
To put up a good fight
When he told you you're not worthy
When he told you you're not loved
When he told you you're not beautiful
That you'll never be enough
Chorus
Fear, he is a liar
He will take your breath
Stop you in your steps
Fear he is a liar
He will rob your rest
Steal your happiness
Cast your fear in the fire
'Cause fear he is a liar
Verse 2
When he told you were troubled
You'll forever be alone
When he told you you should run away
You'll never find a home
When he told you you were dirty
And you should be ashamed
When he told you you could be the one
That grace could never change

Chorus

Bridge (3x)
Let Your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let You fire fall; Your love is all I feel
Let Your fire fall and cast out all my fears
Let You fire fall; Your love is all I feel

Ending
‘Cause fear, he is a liar
Another In The Fire
Verse 1
There's a grace when the heart is under fire
Another way when the walls are closing in
And when I look at the space between
Where I used to be and this reckoning
I know I will never be alone
Chorus 1
There was another in the fire
Standing next to me
There was another in the waters
Holding back the seas
And should I ever need reminding
Of how I've been set free
There is a cross that bears the burden
Where another died for me
There is another in the fire
Verse 2
All my debt left for dead beneath the waters
I'm no longer a slave to my sin anymore
And should I fall in the space between
What remains of me and this reckoning
Either way I won't bow to the things of this world
And I know I will never be alone
Chorus 2
There is another in the fire
Standing next to me
There is another in the waters holding back the seas
And should I ever need reminding
what power set me free
There is a grave that holds no body
And now that power lives in me
Tag (4x)
There is another in the fire oh
Bridge
And I can see the light in the darkness as the darkness bows to Him
I can hear the roar in the heavens as the space between wears thin
I can feel the ground shake beneath us as the prison wall cave in
Nothing stands between us nothing stands between us
Verse 3
There is no other name, but the Name that is Jesus
He who was and still is and will be through it all
So come what may in the space between all the things unseen and this reckoning
I know I will never be alone
I know I will never be alone
Chorus 3A
There’ll be another in the fire standing next to me
There’ll be another in the waters holding back the seas
And should I ever need reminding how good You’ve been to me
I’ll count the joy come ev’ry battle ‘cause I know that’s where You’ll be

Bridge

Chorus 3B
There’ll be another in the fire standing next to me
There’ll be another in the waters holding back the seas
And should I ever need reminding how good You’ve been to me
I’ll count the joy come ev’ry battle ‘cause I know that’s where You’ll be
Ending
I’ll count the joy come ev’ry battle ‘cause I know that’s where You’ll be
No Longer Slaves
Verse 1
You unravel me, with a melody
You surround me with a song
Of deliverance, from my enemies
Till all my fears are gone
Chorus
I'm no longer a slave to fear
I am a child of God
I'm no longer a slave to fear
I am a child of God
I'm no longer a slave to fear
I am a child of God
Verse 2
From my Mother’s womb
You have chosen me
Love has called my name
I've been born again, into Your family
Your blood flows through my veins

Chorus (2x)

Bridge (2x)
You split the sea
So I could walk right through it
My fears were drowned in perfect love
You rescued me so I could stand and sing
I am a child of God

Chorus (2x)
Serve One Another
Pastor Travis Marshall
Nov 22, 2020
There are two ways to live the Christian life.
You can either live for the approval of God
or from the approval of God.
Serving one another flows FROM…
1. … a deep place of ________________.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring, heirs according to promise. (Gal. 3:28-29)

So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God. (Gal. 4:7)
2.… a broad place of ________________.
But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother.
For it is written,
“Rejoice, O barren one who does not bear;
break forth and cry aloud, you who are not in labor!
For the children of the desolate one will be more
than those of the one who has a husband.” (Gal. 4:26-27- quoted from Isaiah 54)
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore, and do not submit again to a yoke of slavery. (Gal. 5:1)

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything… (Gal. 5:6a)
3. … a perfect place of __________.
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, (…) but only faith working through love (Gal. 5:6)

For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but . For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” (Gal. 5:13-14)
Blanks Key: Promise Freedom, Love
Why Does this Matter?
If we refuse to live from God’s deep promise, broad freedom and perfect love, we end up serving others from an “opportunity of the flesh.” This is a shallow, narrow and imperfect version of love that leads to devouring one another and missing out on Christ’s heart.
Practice Living from the Heart of Christ:

1. Read through Galatians this week. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you identify the ways you function out of a subtle belief that your obedience/work increases the love of God for you. It might be helpful to write these down so that you can reflect and pray about.

2. Ask God to help you honestly identify your feelings, reservations and biases about serving at OroNaz (maybe you are currently serving, maybe you have but aren’t currently, and maybe you never have. For any of three, why?). Ask God to give you the freedom from Christ’s heart to serve out of his perfect love, no strings attached, or outcomes expected.
