Song Lyrics:

10,000 Reasons
Bless the Lord oh my soul, Oh my soul
Worship His Holy name
Sing like never before, Oh my soul
I'll worship Your Holy name
The sun comes up It's a new day dawning
It's time to sing Your song again
Whatever may pass and whatever lies before me
Let me be singing when the evening comes
You're rich in love and You're slow to anger
Your name is great and Your heart is kind
For all Your goodness I will keep on singing
Ten thousand reasons for my heart to find
And on that day when my strength is failing
The end draws near and my time has come
Still my soul will sing Your praise unending
Ten thousand years and then forevermore

Great Is Thy Faithfulness
Great is Thy faithfulness
Great is Thy faithfulness
Morning by morning new mercies I see
All I have needed thy hand hath provided
Great is Thy faithfulness Lord unto me
Great is Thy faithfulness
O God my Father
There is no shadow of turning with thee
Thou changest not Thy compassions they fail not
As thou hast been Thou forever wilt be
Summer and winter and springtime and harvest
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness mercy and love
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth
Thy own dear presence to cheer and to guide
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow
Blessings all mine with ten thousand beside

During dark times remember:
1. The __________ (2, 3, 5, 21, 23).
-LORD is used 7 times in the NIV
2. The LORD __________________ (3, 23).
-LORD ________________ (2, 3, 21, 23)
-LORD gave him success in Potiphar’s house and in prison (3, 23)
3. The LORD helps you _________________________ (6-20).
Four stages of temptation:
I. Aspiration— “she took notice” (7)
II. Solicitation—”lie with ” (7)
III. Invasion—”she caught him by the cloak” (12)
IV. Destruction—”took him and put him in prison” (20)
