1st way to look at God's will:
BLUEPRINT = spells everything out in great detail.

Acts of the Apostles 13:1-4 NLT

2nd way to look at God's will:
GAME PLAN = sets general guidelines that are flexible depending on how the game unfolds.
He prays for 2 specific things:
1st - He wants them to know God's will.
2nd - He wants them to know God's will in order for them to live a life pleasing to God.

Stronger biblical questions is this:
What is God's will?

(Notice where the focus needs to be on God - not my life.)
"In the same way, it is not my heavenly Father's will that even one of these little ones should perish."
~ Matthew 18:14
Bottom line =
God's will for us is concerned with = are we living a life worthy of Him!
