Bondage: is any impulsive or compulsive behavior that restricts you from living in and enjoying the freedom that Jesus died to give you.

What you yield to is what fills you.

Whatever you yield to you are in bondage to.

It's difficult to admit you are in bondage.

It's easy to be free.

Acknowledge the bondage.

Ask God to free you from it.
