2. Develop the power to effectively blame.
"How we process things that happen to us on the inside, determines what Grows through us on the outside."
Leadershipology.com
1) Blame people, who were unaware of what your needs were, for helping you to become more aware of your own needs and the needs of others.
2) Blame the negatives of others for your awareness of the need to be positive.
3) Blame God for working all things together for your good!
My Top Blames

I blame my parents for taking me to church and giving me a chance to know God for myself!

I blame my family of origin for giving me a revelation of the power of family of choice!

I blame my dad for everything he was and wasn't that gave me a passion to be a great husband, father and friend!

I blame the emotional abuse I experienced as a child for the desire to be emotionally healthy and to be an energy-producer in every life that I touch!

I blame my Mamaw for showing me the kind of woman I wanted to marry! If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have looked for Sheila!! Mamaw...Sheila is your fault!!!

I blame the negatives spirits that I grew up around for my positive outlook on life!

I blame a "we can't afford that..." mentality for the generosity mentality that I have chosen to embrace.

I blame the unfair treatment I received in college as an athlete for the paradigm I have for wanting to help everyone who is in my sphere, for their dreams to come true!

I blame the people in my life past, present and future who have not forgiven me and will not forgive me, for making me want to be a great lover...a great forgiver and apologizer!

I blame the haters in my life for making me want to be a better lover!

I blame the lack of mercy I have received from others, for making me want to give mercy to everyone who needs it!

I blame Sheila and all the ways she has made me feel...good and bad, for making me want to be a better man!

I blame my children for helping me to believe that how I live matters and will determine the legacy that I leave! I blame them for teaching me persistence...to keep doing what I know to do even when doing what I know to do, doesn't seem to be getting any results! I blame them for the tension I feel every day to be the best version of me that I can!!!

I blame every person who has not lived up to my expectations, for helping me to deal with my unrealistic self and yet press towards being the Ideal Self that God wants me to be!

I blame the pastors and churches that I traveled all over the country to before I started pastoring for helping me to clarify the need for building a core values based church with a love based leadership culture...a church where people don't just come to church to come to church, but they are transformed by the Word of God...they learn to live with a biblical world view...a church where people Think Kingdom first...Be...Powerful and Do the Glory of God in the earth because they know they have a fingerprint that nobody else has to leave an imprint that no one else can leave...a church where people become servant leaders and Gods heart, hands and feet in the earth.

I blame the churches that I grew up in for challenging me to build a church where people live with a transcendent cause to advance God's kingdom in the earth!

I blame all of you in this family...all your ups and downs, ins and outs, problems and pains, financial struggles, marital issues, family dynamics, business challenges...for driving my face to the ground and crying out to God for help because I know I can't fix it and we all desperately need God's help!

I blame the devil for every evil thing in the earth that makes me want to do what the Bible says and that is "be not overcome with evil, but overcome evil with good!"

I blame the weight I carry in this church for the sleepless nights where I think, pray, study, evaluate myself and declare.
• Grow Up and be a Fire light.
• Help others grow by serving them.
• Cause Growth because you put God and His kingdom first.
