I have discovered something about God.

James 1:13

And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, "God is tempting me." God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else.

· He will never lead us by engaging our selfishness motivation

If you want to experience a successful launch in any area of your life it’s important to remember this simple truth: Only launch where God is leading you.

I want you notice something very important about Paul and his team. They gave God veto power. They had plans, they knew their purpose but God was directing them to Macedonia and they embraced the change.

However, that changed. During prayer a few of years ago I sensed God saying, “You will be unable to accomplish all that I have called you to do from this one location.”

That’s when we launched ONEx, which stands for ONE* Expansion.

This event is a very important event. Macedonia was the seedbed for Europe’s introduction to Jesus Christ. Some believe that Paul’s launch into Macedonia was the most important single event on his journey because from Macedonia, the Gospel would spread out and reach all of Europe and then expand to reach the entire known world.

When we launch where God is leading good things happen.

What makes a good launch?

1. Launch as a team

2. Know why you’re launching.

3. Develop a spiritual support team

That’s why we know it’s important for us to develop a prayer team that

will pray for 3 main things this year.

· Pray for the staff and teams as well as their families to be protected, strong and focused.

· Pray for favor with our expansion

· Pray for increase and growth at the Valley Campus to fund and support launching 10 churches in the next 10 years.

· ONEXL- ONEXLegacy is for people who want to leave a legacy through their financial investments and contributions (offerings, land, buildings, properties, stocks, personal will, etc) and their support of revenue generating entities to help fund the expansion of ONE* Ministries for future generations

What makes a bad launch?

· Doing it yourself

· Not allowing God to have veto power

· Thinking you don’t need accountability and spiritual support to launch
