When we look at the world, we may be tempted to simply "wait to get to heaven". How has this been true for you?
Jesus described the Kingdom of God (Heaven) as being the reality of the will and way of King Jesus in our life and in our world. Discuss the implications of shifting from viewing the Kingdom as a place to seeing it as a way of living.

Ponder on the following verse, noting the present tense that is used.

The following passage is the start of the Lord's Prayer. Note how it, too, is to be viewed in the present tense. Is this a new lens for you?
Jesus further defined His Kingdom in the following words. How does this speak to you?

Pastor Jonathan shared this quote from Trevor's Instagram. What is significant to you?
“Most of all, I find myself dreaming of the new world to come. A day when the Kingdom of God will be fully known. A world where our hearts won’t hurt anymore. A place where our deepest longings are fulfilled. A world where nothing will be wrong or missing. A place we will call home forever. A world where all things will be made new. A new world made possible by Jesus."
So, where do we fit in? We are to Be and Bring the will and way of King Jesus, on earth as it is in heaven! What does this look like for you personally? What is one way you can put this into action this week?

Close your group time praying the Lord's Prayer together:
Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.’
For thine is the kingdom, and the power,
and the glory, forever. Amen.
