Pray Through the PsalmsNäide

Why, God?
Psalm 22 is like a rollercoaster of emotions. At the beginning, David feels abandoned and miserable, thinking God has left him high and dry. They're going through some serious pain, physically and emotionally.
But then, David remembers that God has been there for people in the past, so he holds on to hope and trust in God. He realizes that God is in control, and even though things are tough, David believes that God will ultimately reign and future generations will worship him. It's a psalm that shows how even in the darkest moments, we can find strength and hope in God.
Guided prayer: “I’m really struggling, God. Why do you feel so far away? I feel so alone in my pain. Please help me – comfort me and strengthen me with your presence. Help me to endure this challenge and give me peace. Amen.”
