Cada estación del año encierra en sí misma una gran cantidad de vivencias. Todas tienen su encanto, pero estoy segura de que hay algunas que nos gustan más. También el alma tiene sus estaciones, con fríos paralizadores o primaveras llenas de alegrías.  En este plan de cinco días aprenderemos que de cada una de ellas hay algo que tomar, pues nos dan una lección muy importante: el poder de la transformación. Te invito a que descubras conmigo en qué estación te encuentras hoy y cómo aprender de ella.

Algunas de las grandes preguntas de la humanidad son: ¿Por qué hacemos lo que hacemos? ¿De qué sirve tanto esfuerzo? ¿Vale la pena seguir creyendo? Incluso, nos cansamos de hacer el bien.
