O Holy Night

“His law is love and His gospel is peace.”

At the heart of the gospel is reconciliation — God reaching out to make peace with people who had turned away from Him. Paul reminds us that Christ didn’t die because we were righteous, but when we were weak and in rebellion. That’s love in its truest form. The law that once condemned us is now fulfilled in love, and the gospel brings peace — peace with God and peace within. Jesus didn’t just come to stop our sin; He came to restore relationship. The God who created us now calls us friends. His love defines us, and His peace steadies us. In a world full of conflict, the message of Christmas still rings true: through Jesus, we have been made right with God.

Where do you need to experience or extend the peace of Christ in your relationships today?

Prayer: Thank You, Lord, for loving me when I didn’t deserve it. Thank You for reconciling me to the Father through Your blood. Fill me with Your peace and help me carry it into every space I walk into this week.
