Day 11: Isaiah Foretells the Child — Isaiah 9:6–7

🌿 Christmas is all about remembering God’s promises. In Genesis 3:15, God promised humanity that He would redeem them through one of their own. Throughout Israel’s history, God repeatedly reminded His people of this redemptive plan through His prophets—even during their darkest seasons.

The prophet Isaiah declared with unwavering clarity that God’s intention was not just to redeem His people, but to restore everything lost in Eden—His presence, His peace, His shalom. Through the promised Son, God would settle all accounts and invite us into His family with all the rights and privileges of royal children.

Whether you find yourself in the valley or on the mountaintop this Christmas, hold fast to the assurance that God’s promise has been fulfilled in Jesus Christ—the Prince of Peace who reigns forever.
